Question Sway in Allegro Bay Class A FRED 2008

We just got an Allegro Bay Fred. We love the coach but the ride is troubling. It has a lot of sway. I see that there are sway kits available and probably other solutions. What is the most effective ure to this problem? Thanks

A 2008 could need new shocks. Why not check with Tiffin about recommended ride mods to reduce sway? You could throw all sorts of money at the problem, but first see if it's normal to sway like you report.

Glad to have you here in the forum with us.

At the top of the page is a tab of Owners Forums. If you enter there you'll see a forum for Tiffin owners. Someone in there may have a suggestion

Happy Trails!!!

First thing I would do is crawl under it and see what form of sway control it already had, if any, and what condition it is in and condition of complete suspension. Worn bushings anywhere and especially in sway bars will allow the coach to rock excessively and wind from semi passing throw you to the shoulder.
