howdy there: I am searching for info about fixing a sunbeam trailer product. It is an 18 inch two tube fluorescent flat recessed 12 v fixture with model number 930 manufactured in april, 1997. It is in my 40 ft teton 5th wheel. I wanted to fix it myself and just install the burned out transformer or capacitor. Does anyone have an idea about this?? Teton jim

Welcome Teton Jim,
When you passed "flip the switch up to turn the light on" you blew pass me on the electrical stuff. However, do not dispare, there are some of the best here on the forum so I'm sure someone will chime in shortly and address your question.

Teton Jim;

Welcome to iRV2. You have found a great resource for info on RVs. I would encourage you to repost your question in the RV Systems & Appliances forum HERE I believe you will get more replies there. I know Thin-lite is a manufacture that I have used for years. Their Website address is Thinlite . One of our sponsors RV Upgrades may be able to help you. Their tel no. is 866-332-7881. Their website is www.rvupgrades.com.

Good luck;
Don
