Thank you for the warm welcome
This is not my first fifth wheel, nor am I new to the camping gig, but we just picked up a new to us 2004 prairie schooner from Gulfstream and I am seeing a lot of chatter about the recent non support of the product, from a company who used to be outstanding in customer support. Not that I have any personal evidence of this, but it is what I am hearing on the web. So I joined in the idea that perhaps when I need help some other folks will know more than me to point me in the correct direction.
