The New Guy

Hello all,
I recently bought a 2012 27' Keystone Hideout. My wife and I have been looking for a nice camper at the right price and we happen to stumble into a find at the dealer. I am 37 (38 in a few days), wife is 34 and I have 3 kids, 6, 8 and 15.
I have to say I am a little nervous about pulling it around town and pulling it into camp sites. I have driven large vehicles before being a former Bradley driver/gunner but its still different then towing. My TV is a 2007 Ford Expedition V8 5.4 liter. I think I'm good there as its rate to tow 9100 #s. Oooohh, I don't want to forget the my best behaved child... Layla, my 5 year old English yellow Lab!! Looking forward to all the helpful info I can get from this forum and thanks to all in advance!! Chris

Hello Chris and welcome aboard. Hope you enjoy your time on the site and the info is helpful. Congrats on the new purchase and I'm sure with just a little practice you'll be fine towing it around. Hope the whole family including Layla has a great experience. Hope to see you down the road.
