Greetings All!
Josh and Amy Leach here! Not going to make any bones about it...We are novice RV owners! Learning as we go. Getting ready to take our little trailer from Washington down US 101 down to San Diego!
We are both Navy Senior Chief's!! Hooyah! Getting stationed in San Diego, so this is our adventure!
Any advice is welcome....

Welcome to the forum!
There is a military campground below Warrenton, Oregon. Not sure of the exact location.
Pretty drive thru Oregon, even in the winter.

Josh & Amy;
Welcome to iRV2. Thank you for your service to our Country. My advice is to not be afraid of asking questions. This site has saved me so much frustration and money over the past years as I believe it will for you also. Post often and share your RV travels with us.

Welcome to iRV2 and THANK YOU for your service. Spent a lot of time at SWFPAC as a Gov't contractor.
Headed to Chula Vista KOA for a month starting Jan 8...let me know if you are in the area.

Welcome to the forum always happy to see people of WA contributing to the forums.
2 Senior Chief's in the same family, that's got to be a dynamic household, I am a retired Senior Chief myself.
Here is link to the Military Campgrounds Website if you are not familiar with it, many would be convenient on your trip down the coast. With most of the campgrounds Active Duty personnel have the #1 priority, as they should.

Thanks for all of the replies! We have executed our adventure, and have made it to Eureka so far. The KOA campgrounds thusfar have been great! Good times yet to come!
