Welcome!! All you need to "learn" (when driving an RV) is to drive more slowly and responsibly than you might in car. So yes: you're not too old to do that!!
So what is (or will be) your rig? Similar to what most of us have done, create a "signature" line that will automatically attach to any post you make.

Welcome to iRV2. One can learn as long as one is alive and has competence (no disease). For those who are healthy, it is more of a choice and desire and ability to learn.

when i get too old to learn they will be dragging my carcass from the RV, until then, never too old to learn.

I had a uncle that was pulling his 5th wheel at age 88. he sold it and passed away at 90. I lookrd at his rig before he sold it and no dents, so I guess he was doing ok

Never too old to learn but there is such a thing as too old to work but too young to retire. At least RVing keeps you young at heart.

Yes, you will make some mistakes
My hubby and I have made a FEW and are still making them from time to time BUT we are learning and you will too
it is so much fun
