Total Newbie Here

It has been a while since I have used a forum, and those were for making soap lol. We have an old (vintage?) camper we are upgrading to a glamper, and every time I research something the link ends here, so I decided to join.

The camper is a 72 Trotwood, not sure of size - but tiny!!!! My dear husband drug it home, he bought it from the friend of a friend who had only used it for hunting (everything was dark brown and camo) - UGLY. It was such a "great deal" he didn't check it out real well, lol, and we find ourselves with a mess!

Right now it sets with front and front side walls and floor torn out do to water damage. We have found where it was leaking so that will be repaired first. The hot water heater leaked, and was a 3 gallon, so we now have a new 6 gallon waiting to be fitted in.

I am going for a "glamper" and think I have it figured out, once repairs are made, except for the "bathroom", teeny tiny closet with potty and shower and ugliest yellow you have ever seen. Open to any suggestions with it.

Thanks for having me.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! We're really glad you joined the gang!

Sounds like you've got yourself quite a project! You'll have lots of fun restoring her and then even more fun camping in her! Enjoy the forum!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
