Total TT Noob checking in!

Hello all,

Brand new to the forum, and brand new to TT life. We just brought home a new to us 2013 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite 241. Got a great deal on her, and are ready to log some miles. From Indianapolis, IN...and will be looking for some fellow locals to travel around with, and maybe meet up w/ some out of towners. I've got plenty of questions, and sure I'll keep the forum members busy answering them. We are really excited to be part of the community, and thank everyone in advance for their insight. Cheers, and happy travels!

Check your local area for "Good Sam Chapters". Join. They have monthly "camp-outs". They have an annual "rally" called a Samboree. Their Spring Samboree is May 23 thru 26th. At Howard county fairgrounds, in Greentown, In. That is not too far from Indy. It would be a good way to get to know people, and the RV lifestyle. Chapters from all over the state, and other states, show up and all have a great time..

Thanks to all for the warm welcomes! Have had several questions on here answered already, and have found numerous videos helping me learn the functions of de-winterizing/winterizing processes...along with regular maintenance and care for our new toy. Can't wait to get the year kicked off, just waiting for mother nature to cooperate so I can get started on personalizing the trailer!
