Smile Traveling to Nashville

Just joined the site today and am looking forward to participating! We have a 2011 Airstream Serenity and are heading from the Finger Lakes of NY to Nashville, TN in May. Need a stopping point somewhere between Columbus and Cincinnati. Any suggestions are welcome!

Would also appreciate any suggestions about "must do's" in Nashville area. We already have our tickets for the Grand Ole Opry!

We stayed in Alton:

Home

nice small park with good wifi. Good spot for a night or two.

Stayed at Jellystone on Music City Drive. Used the shuttle for the Opry. Much easier. There are shuttles to both Opryland and downtown Nashville.

Watch the lane markers going from the expressways to Music City drive.

Good advise on the lane markers,...but that is Music Valley Drive. And if you ever find an easy way to get through Nashville, please let me know.

Thanks for the correction. Also want to be aware that the exit is probably McGavock Pike. Take that to Music Valley Dr. ;-)
