Wanting to be a RV owner....

Hello, We usually rent RV's either onsite delivery or drive to our destination but we might be ready to purchase (used probably). We have a Harley, rzr4 & two sea doo's [moderator edit] I am weighing the options of a class A toy hauler (outlaw, bounty hauler, etc..) or a 5th wheel. We only have a 1500 Avalanche to tow so we would have to upgrade that truck if we go 5th wheel. I know we will see a lot of opinions, but that is who we are & where we stand. excited to become an owner.

Welcome to the forum! You have come to the right place to learn from others. Notice there is an iRV2 search window at the top of the page. Lots of previous discussions available there.

Howdy from SC and welcome to the forums. If your truck is in good shape why get rid of it to buy a newer truck, plus a 5th wheel? The price of a good MH will be about the same plus you can always pull a trailer behind the MH for even more toys. Just my opinion. But anywho, glad you found us!

We had a towable and went to a Class A Toy Hauler.
If you already have a big truck, then the towable can be a nice option. But for us, the Class A was a better choice.

For new there are only the 2 maker's mentioned in the original post.
2015 Outlaw Class A Toy Haulers: Class C Motorhomes by Thor Motor Coach
Newmar Canyon Star Motorhome | Newmar

For used there are more options see:
Class "A" Toyhaulers

We have the Outlaw for many reasons listed here:

And, just FYI there are 2 new Outlaw's in the line - a Class C and Super C:

Best luck!
