Thank you everyone for all your imput. I did determine that the problem was indeed in the pump. I did this by doing what Flagelpater suggested, and that was to take the r.v out of the equation. I used two hoses, 1 in a 5 gallon bucket of water (inlet) the outlet after running pump and getting a good flow of water, I put the outlet hose into the same bucket, the pump slowed and still kept humming. (which is what it has been doing) so i was relieved it wasn't an internal problem hidden with in the coach. So i have ordered a new one. Unfortunately my warranty has expired but thats ok. Problem solved... Thanks again all of you. and have a Safe and Happy New Year
