Hi Tim & Beth

Glad to have you here with us.

My neighbor had an 05 Diplomat and he loved it. He recently traded it for a Camelot he loves that too. Best of luck with your new Monaco!

Happy Trails!!!!

name in corner

Hi Tim and Beth, One more thing. Where you see my beamisl in the upper left corner? If you point at that with your mouse it will drop a box and you can send a private E-mail to that person. Once you find someone in the owner's forum who has the coach you are looking at you can send them specifically your questions.

I have done this with several people and have gotten back great answers the same day. The people here have a lot of experience they are willing to share. It is like being instructed by college educators. They are going to be a great resource for your needs.

Also look into the humor forum, it will make you laugh!

Happy trails, Lynne

Good news from Monaco

I contacted Monaco customer service by telephone yesterday after hours and left a message on their machine that I would like a Window Sticker and a Data Card if they are still able to provide them for a 2005 model coach.

I received a phone call today from Monaco and the representative emailed me a copy of the window sticker and the data sheet within 10 minutes of the phone call.

I was then able to pull the serial numbers from the Data Card and contact Cummins to see if there were any outstanding recalls or service bulletins on the engine. Found the engine was made before the Wrist pin/connecting rod recall, ECM recall and already received the fuel rail bracket update.

I am very impressed with all the customer support I have asked for so far.
