Wet floor in bathroom infront of sink

I have a damon intruder 2000 Class A.. coming up from the carpet the flooe is damp... has anyone had this problem.. Im not even sure where to start... how do I get the front of the cabnet off to check for a leak... I see no screws. I am handy ... this is all new to us...

It maybe not your sink it could be your floor flange for your toilet.
The toilet maybe loose on mounting bolts and if has been leaking for a while the sub-floor maybe delaminated.
Dependant on your toilet the base cover will have to be removed to get at the flange bolts and all you may have to do is tighten them.
Your plumbing for sink you should be able to see when opening the cabinet doors and it maybe a loose plumbing pipe fitting or the trap is leaking.
Think stick house and you should be able to handle it.
