What have we done!?

Well, it's official. My wife and I just picked up our 2015 Fleetwood Bounder Classic 36H!

We are part of that 'Younger' generation buying motorhomes, I guess We are in our late 30's, I just sold my business, and while I am not retired, I am looking forward to spending some time on the road with my wife and our two young daughters (2 and 4) during the summer and some long weekends!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the members of this forum. I have been lurking for about 4-5 months, just ingesting the massive amounts of data you can find here. We are so happy with our purchase (so far) and owe part of that to you.

Here is a picture of us, and I think the best description of my wife's expression is 'What have we done!?'

You've started a somewhat uncontrollable chain of events situation, enjoy it.

Congrats! You've started to make some fantastic memories with your family, that's what you've done! We started making ours a few years ago with our now 14&11 year old daughters. If your experiences are like ours, the only regret you'll have is not starting sooner!

Welcome! We are both in our early 50's and retired. We're in the process of selling our house and will be purchasing an Entegra Anthem or Aspire 42-45ft late summer to early fall. This entire forum is a wealth of information! I can't even begin to say how much we have learned since joining iRV2! Good luck and hope to be your neighbors in a campground somewhere down the road!
