If your coach is a diesel pusher, do NOT drive the coach with the air bags deflated. You can do significant harm to your drivetrain by driving it with the air bags deflated, as it changes the geometry of the drive train.
P.S. I doubt that the air bags having age cracks in them are the reason for the coach not airing up. There may be some other problem going on as well.
