Jerry & Laura, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here. Sorry to hear that you are having some problems and having trouble getting them repaired. Have you called the manufacturer and ask if thee is another dealer near you you coukd use to get the problems repaired at? I would think that would be the place to start. Let us know what you get as a response.

So sorry to hear about the problems. But welcome aboard. First thing to do ia make sure document everthing pertaining to the problems. If the dealeris dragging his feet, write a polite but firm letter stating the problems, what attemps have been made for the reapisrs and finally a demand of what you want done and a deadline. Send it to the dealer by registered mail as well as copy to the manufacturer. After the dealer has received the letter contact him by phone and ask what they intend to do to get you fixed up.

If he is working on the problem, just keep documents on the repairs and the phone calls in case you have to push farther.

God luck,

Ken

Jerry & Laura, I had the same problem with my Itasca 33V, Workhorse W22 when I first picked it up. The dealer did not mention it but about five minutes out of the dealership on I35 downtown Dallas, my jack alarm went off. Scared me to death but I was able to pull over and determine they were not down. The fix is (according to the manual) is to press the store button after starting the engine. The jacks can leak down a small amouont normally and that will set the alarm off. Hope this helps.

Welcome aboard. I don't have any input on your problems but wanted to say we stayed at the San Dimas RV park 2 years ago. Really nice park. I have family in Glendora that we visit.
