Ads covering drop down menus

I am having difficulty with the banner advertisement at the top. It covers the drop down menus. Very irritating. Occurs on Chrome and Explorer

I'm on Chrome. The banner ad (the one above the Mission statement box, but below the User CP toolbar) doesn't cover up the drop downs on what I'm viewing.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Do you have the current Chrome version: Version 47.0.2526.106 m? When did this start?
Have you tried deleting cookies, clearing your cache, closing & restarting your browser?

These may seem like dumb questions, but they're necessary for us to troubleshoot your issue, especially if no one else has reported the same issue.

I was having the issue when on Windows-7 and Internet Explorer; the upgrade to W-10 and switching to Chrome , have cured my problem for the last 6 months .
