I have been viewing IRV2 for awhile and am confused about something. When entering the home page there are several pictures near the top of the page. When I click on one of them, all it gives me is a larger view of the same picture. There is no explination of what the picture is.
This morning there was a picture that appeared to be a vent pipe on somebody's roof. Why would I be interested in that, unless there was an expination of the picture?
Thanks

Jim; the 4 pictures on the front page are random pictures from the photo gallery. Unfortunately everyone dose not describe their pictures when they post them. If you see one that interest you after clicking it you can see who posted it and then send them a message asking for the description.

Would it be of any help clarifying if there was a title to those groupings on the home page? Something like "Random Photos" or "Random Member Photos", similar to the title groupings on the Photos page. Just a thought.

I agree with big jimbo in that when someone posts a pic, it would be of better use to other viewing members if an explanation of some type is included. As I see it now, a lot of pics without any explanation attached are benefiting no one and just taking up space on the server.

That's not a problem.
Members may post pictures for many reasons.
The pics are not necessarily RV related or may be posted for family or friends to view.
It's just another member benefit of iRV2.
