App on iPad Notification Tab stopped working

Around 2/10 or 11 the notification tab stopped showing activity. I am wondering if anyone at IRV2 is aware of this.

I sign on with the IRV2 app on my iPad, before 2/10 I would go straight to the notification tab and see what threads (both subscribed or posted) had activity since I last viewed them. Now I go there and it shows the last activity was 2/10, I have been active on several since then, but they do not show.

With the iPads I've had and worked with, sometimes things get corrected if you double-click to view the open apps, then upward swipe the app not working properly, then open it. This can fix some issues. More can be repaired by shutting down the iPad then restart it. A third strategy is to hold down the button for the app in question until the 'shaky x' version appears. Erase the app from the iPad, then go to the App store and download it again.

Since I don't think there's been a bunch of complaints of this, I'd suspect the app in your iPad has failed, not the app for everyone.

Dr Dave. I am seeing a similar situation. I only see notifications from the Monaco subgroup. Nothing else even if I participate. Did you resolve your issue?

Doug, no the problem still exists, we need an administrator to get involved if we expect resolution.

None of the admin folks run Apple. Suggestion is to leave this post active and see if an Apple user can help. I will ping it every so often to bring it to the top

iPad 3
OS is 11.2.6

1. I closed the app
2. I shut off iPad
3. I deleted and reloaded app

Like Dave my notifications stopped on February 12th except Monaco Forums which I still receive

Understand Admins don’t run Apple, but when the app was developed IT surely must have tested with Apple products, and it is standard practice to test updates with all platforms/OS (at least the current and 1 back). I would be really disappointed in IRV2 if there did not do at least that, and yes I understand they are not the actual developers, but they hold the ultimate responsibility for the testing of their app.
