Does photobucket work for avatars on this site? If it does I'm doing something wrong. I can't get my Pic to load. It works in the sinature ,but no for the avatar.

Just upload the photo directly from your computer for your avatar. Do NOT use Photobucket.

Thank you Monaco Mama! I'm on a new laptop & all my pics on old laptop are gone. I did transfer the pics I wanted from photobucket (thank the Lord I had them saved there) back to my new puter. Now in my Pics on new laptop, but I see you did it for me! I hate setting up a new puter there is so much you forget you had on the old one (especially when you can't get old one to run) .

If the harddrive on your old computer is still good and has info on it that is salvageable, I would go to the TigerDirect website http://www.tigerdirect.com/index.asp or give them a call as they have items that can be purchased enabling you to hook up the old drive to a USB port on the new computer and read/recover the contents or use it as a separate external drive.

Here is a direct link to what JC2 was talking about. Not knowing what type of Hard Drive Interface you had in your old computer makes it more difficult to recommend, but this one will work with both types out there.
