Back arrow tutorial needed

I have noticed lately that my back arrow will sometimes pop down an option list to allow multipage backups. Sometimes it appears and sometimes not. Is there some rational for this?
I like this function if I have followed a thread through several pages and would like to return to the origional page.

Have a nice day - Darrel

On Some versions of the browser, There is a drop down arrow right next to the back arrow, if you click on it.. that's what you get. Easy to do by mistake.

And with these (*@#&$(@#&$ GLide pads they put on laptops and netbooks,

It is so very easy to hit the wrong mouse button.

It will also appear if you click and hold on it, then you can drag the mouse down to the page you want and either just let go or re click.
