Best cure for nail fungus ad!!!!!

I use windows, I don't have the ad's shut off cause I like the top new post column on the right side, some ad's are interesting, but the one with the persons foot, yellow nails, rotted, disfigured, is just discussing. And no I have not been searching the web trying to retrieve info. on "foot fungus". Here is where the ad takes you Nail Fungus Product Reviews - Toenail Fungus Rankings , and the other one is "The league of Dreams" Can the moderators control the ad's? This foot picture is a really bad ad, I have turned the side view down, but I miss the top postings and then the ad's come back.......

the ads are delivered by google on a person by person basis.

Google keeps track of things you search for and websites you visit, and then delivers ads based on what you have been doing lately.

For instance, I have never seen a fungus ad, but I'm looking at an ad right now for gunbroker.com... because recently I was on gunbroker.com

Soo.... been searching for a fungus cure lately ?

OH and by the way, yes, the moderators (or whoever is in charge of their google adsense ads) could black list any ad they like... if they wanted to.

and one other tidbit, sometimes the ad code cookie will be dropped on you from somewhat related sites... it's not always done smartly.. so in cases where you have been searching for a new pair of "shoes" they tag as interested in foot stuff, and blah blah.
