Can't enter signature- BB code size value is too big.

When I try to create a signature, I get the error message :

  1. BB code size value is too big.
Regardless of what changes I make, same message. Even if I only put in one character, same message.

Can anybody help me with this?

There should be no issues if you use the default font and size.

Best luck

I can type the letter "a" in the box without changing anything in font type or size and I still get the error. I use the font size 1 and still get the message.

Have you done it this way?

How to make a signature for your RV so we can serve you better.

1 .Click "User CP" on left side of the screen in about the middle.
2. Click "Edit Signature" on left side 7 bars down under Your Control Panel.
3. Fill out your signature information.
4. Click "Save Signature"

That's exactly what I have been trying to do since day one, but I finally got it to work tonight. I didn't do anything different that I hadn't been doing.
