Can't get into chat rooms

When I attempt to get into th echat rooms I get an error message, invalid username or password. I'm already logged into the forum.

What's the secret code?

Mr_Bill... I broke it!! There is a "ticket" in on it right now. I am sure they will post something when it is repaired.

I've tried three times to log in to chat.Uploaded ADDOn chat twice and Java three time. Still can't get in. Waiting to ask for a pint of blood. Might have to turn off compute to start plug ins.
