I have been unable to log into chat room for a week.I keep getting message UNABLE TO MAKE CONNECTION. Help Please.

Clearing cookies has helped some of our members' problems with getting into the Chat Rooms. To test your Flash Player's Version use this link:

Very slow connections can cause delay in inbound data traffic and your computer may never load the chat applet. The computer may be timing out before the system can load.
We aren't aware of having problems with our end of the Chat rooms, other members have been getting in with no difficulty.

 That didn't work I have Adobe 9.0.115.0 .Anything else I might try.Thanks for your help.

Spinnaker..have you recently enabled your "pop-up blocker? Make sure that is off . Also... delete cookies....re-login and then try...
