I was interested in one of the Ads in the Classified section and tried to respond. I used the "contact seller" option and didn't get any response. After a week I repeated in case I messed up but after another week I wonder if there is something I missed. How are you supposed to respond to an Ad? Is there some feedback from submitting a response that would indicate success?

who's add was it? you could maybe try to send them a private message.

I would like to send a private message but I don't know how. The sellers ID was "1981804" and I can't figure out how to translate that to an Email address.

I mainly just lurk on the forum to keep abreast of new issues and am not a power computor wizzard. Any help is appreciated.

OK, look for one of their ads. for example M&G Braking System. under the title of the add you will see the user who posted it "listed by" thier name should be blue click on it and you come to thier profile. click on the "contact" which should also be blue and you be taken to a screen that will fill in your contact info (email) and have a text box for your message.

I tried following your directions. We'll see how it turns out. The results were slightly different in that it said "results were sent to webmaster" after I hit send.
