Classified add insertion? help please

I am trying to get to where you can place an add and am having a terrible time accessing the proper place. I have looked in forums tech support area and looked at what other folks have done and it seems like the user name/password thing is messing me up.My main user name comes back invalid, the name I use for the photo posting logs in successfuly but no "place Add" area comes up that I can find.

John, just saw your message. I believe you have to register separately for the classified section to post. Did you register for that section?

Yes I was registered seperately and to make sure I re-registered with a different name and password and still dont see a "place add" or "photo" tab.
