i have sent a few questions to contact us. with no response. one was how to enter chat rooms. is the contact us service still available?

In addition, check your spam folder/filter and junk folder.

Cliff, The spam filter is located in your eMail program on your computer. If you are using a service like Yahoo, AOL or GMail the spam filter would be located there.

I use outlook express and I don't think it has such a filter.I have received emails from you guys , but didn't get the one on the chat room subject from MonacoMama.

Would it be possible to resend so I can answer her question?

I hate to be a pain , but again ,I didn't receive your e-mail. I noticed the box below was unchecked in my messaging and notification. Maybe this was the reason. If you would like to try and resend, I'd appreciate it. Other than that , I'm stumped.

Glad y'all got some communications established.

Not sure why you don't get the Help Desk emails.... other members are receiving them. My hunch is your ISP sees us as a spammer and blocks it.

I use OUTLOOK EXPRESS for my personal email and sometimes emails that might be filtered as SPAM do not show up anywhere in OE boxes...in fact we don't have a spam box.

I do get other emails in that OE box from irv2 such as notifications of the "welcome message", but try sending me something from the help desk to see if it will come through in my OE box.......it's good to know if a program doesn't support it so the poster can open another email address such as Yahoo. I use Yahoo for my texasbooners stuff which does have a spam box
