Hi Cliff,

Thanks for checking. And it is true that I have my individual TOPIC subscriptions set to "Instant Notifications"... but I'm still not receiving the daily summaries for the FORUM subscriptions I have (and I don't think there is a spot in the User Control Panel for looking at those, right? You just have to go to each Forum and use the "Forum Tools" drop-down to check/change your Forum Subscriptions, right?)

Looking at the "Forum Tools", "Forum Subscription" settings for each forum I normally get a Daily Digest for... they are all still showing as being set correctly (for instance, I subscribe to several of the "Owner's Corner" forums like Country Coach, Entegra, Fleetwood, Newmar, etc... that I get a Daily Digest of ALL of the thread activity for each day).

So it seems like the individual THREAD notifications may be coming in... but the FORUM Daily Digest subscriptions still aren't. At least for me!

We're sorry for the problem, and our programmers haven't told us it's completely fixed yet.

Yesterday(Monday) I stopped receiving the daily summaries. I checked Spam and they are not there. Are there problems again.

I have checked several times and selected to not receive emails. I have the app. Yet I still get the emails. Its getting very annoying. I'm about to set a rule and just have them marked spam.

Your account was set to "subscribe" and I changed it to "do not subscribe".

I also deleted your existing subscriptions.

When members need assistance with their account, the best thing is to do is use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.

Please do not mark our emails as spam.

That can cause your email provider to block all emails from iRV2 to all members with your email provider.

Point of clarification, changing your thread subscription to no email notification only stops emails from that point forward. Notifications for past threads will continue until you remove those past subscriptions via the User CP/Subscribed Threads section.
