How do you delete group names from under avatar?

Click on "UserCP" in the upper right-hand corner of the page (in the dark blue/green bar). On the right side of the page, select IRV2 GROUPS. Under "Your Groups," click on the group you want to remove. On the right side of the box, click on "Leave Group." A prompt will appear asking if you want to leave the group; click YES.
