Edit Profile Picture Issue

I just can't seem to be able to add a Picture to my profile.
I simply get a message that says it cannot post without any details as to why.
The picture is only 35kb so it's well within the 100kb picture limit.
Help would be greatly appreciated!

Try the Admin forum. It has a sticky for posting photos etc.
