email address conflict

I attempted to change my email address to my current ( and in use for several years) email address. I received an oops and a remark that someone else has this email address. It must be me, but I have no way of figuring out what the other account name might be. I don't remember creating this conflict, but must have. How can I resolve this?

If you'll give me the new email address and I'll do a search on it to see which user ID has it.

the email address is srz3@mindspring.com. I suspect I have at some time in the recent past (year or so) started a second account). Thanks, Sam Zimmerman

That email address is being used on member "srz3" account who joined 4/11/04, made 2 posts with the last one being on 8/23/04. Apparently, from the similarity of the profiles, it is also your account.

Since our software won't permit two usernames with a common email address, we have the following options:

1. <LI>Delete the "srz3" username. <LI>Change the email address on "srz3" to something else so you can use it on the "soarsz" account.

If you want it deleted I'll handle it for you and post here when done. Let me know what you want.
