How do I stop from getting posts sent to my e-mail ? it's filling up my inbox

To stop existing notifications, you have to visit the subscribed thread and unsubscribe from it.

To prevent future subscriptions, go to;

User CP

Edit Options

Change the Default Thread Subscription Mode to;

After you change the option, you also have to scroll down and click on "save changes" or it will go back to the default. Do not ask how I know this. It was frustrting and the memry of it causes pain and embarresment.

There is usually a "Save" button at the bottom of every change.

We've all forgotten that at one time.
