Error 1016

Everytime I click a link on the forum I get this error code. Checked with Verizon and the guy said it must be something with the site. It doesn't give me that error code anywhere else. What's up..

Can you please give us a screenshot of what you're seeing, as well as let us know your device/browser/version/OS? It's hard to diagnose these things with that info missing.

Sorry not all that savey with these phones. It is a Motorola phone (new). It worked fine on the forum 2 days ago. Don't know how to screenshot. Just tried it on DW phone and it shows the same error code browser is goggle chrome

A little more info.... It has no problem going to YouTube or Amazon using a link in a conversation on the forum?

Thank you. That Ray ID is what we need to see.

If possible, please let us know what times you get those errors & get us a screen shot of them every time they happen.

I've been having a similar experience (different error number) & while there hasn't been any resolution yet, almost all mine happen after 10PM Eastern. I've been capturing screenshots & the time of occurrence every time in hopes the techs can find a pattern.

I have talked to Verizon again this morning. Motorola seems to have a problem with this phone. They are checking with Motorola to find a fix. If not I am going to return the phones. Both are getting the same code no matter what time of day. We'll see.

I have been getting that error for two days now.

I'm using a LG phone that has been in service for over a year. I did do a Verizon software upgrade 2 weeks ago.

I know if I don't use the app for this forum and go to the web page I don't get this error code everytime but still get it a lot. Still waiting for Verizon to call back.

I get this error on my android cell phone and my android tablet. My tablet uses wifi only. Anyone have a solution.

Error code

I don't know the specific reasons why but after several of my friends with newer version of phones who downloaded the app are having this same problem. I did find that the apps from LL Knowledge seem to have the same problems. RV park reviews is another app by the same company that has problems. No error code but it won't link with other campgrounds nearby without going back to main page. Verizon spent at least an hour checking and deleting things on mine and DW phones and the results were the same. In my layman's opinion these apps are the problem and need to be updated to the newer versions of software on newer phones. Hope that helps. In the meantime I'll just use the .Com sites.
