Forum clock seems to be three hours ahead

I noticed today that forum time stamps seem to be three no make that four hours in the future. I am in the Eastern US Time Zone and observing DST.

Go into your profile and set the time to coincide with your time zone.

Where in my profile can I do this? I have looked at all of the choices but nowhere on there do I see a place to choose to set my time zone???

You want to click on User CP (User Control Panel), then, under Settings & Options click Edit Options. Under Date & Time Options, select the desired time zone. After you select your time zone (and whether you want DST), don't forget to click on Save Changes at the bottom of page.
