Forum not "up to date"

Why is it when I visit the forum I see that "last time I visited" is not correct, also a lot of the threads shown under different forums on the main page are listed as "today" but when I click on them they are days/weeks old?

I think it's possible that you are seeing a cached version of the page. Next time this happens try hitting F5 and see if that help to load a current page.

Thanks Janet, that did the trick. Now, next question, Why?? and how do I prevent this from occurring again? F5 every time???

I think this has to do with your browser settings. IIRC you are a firefox user? You can change browser settings to 'flush' temp internet files. Here is a page that explains how to do this. Clear Recent History
