Maybe a moderator will pick up on your post or contact one of them to see what the problem might be. I've never had a problem except when I check the "remember me" box it does not remember me.

No big deal, however.

If you clear your temporary files it will delete your password retention.

Members should never have to reset their password unless they forget it.

If a member can login, then the account is OK.

There are several things a member can do to resolve a login problem.

Delete the iRV2 cookies on their computer as there may be corrupted cookies.

Allow cookie exchange.

Security may be set too high, set it to medium.

Check the 'remember me' box.

First thing to do is go to Tools on your browser and clear the temp files and passwords stored. Next on iRV2, click User CP, left end of the teal colored tool bar. Select edit email and password. Now you can scroll down to pass word and follow the instructions. When finished, scroll down to save and go back to the home screen. Close iRV2. Open iRV2 and in the upper right hand corner enter your user name, your new pass word and check remember me. Now log in. You do need to have your computer set to remember passwords in the browser.
