This weekend was the first time I've ever hauled a trailer with my 99 suburban.

when I pluged the light hook up in and went to test the lights, you guess it....blew a fuse.

I figured a wire had came off and shorted out.
No big deal.right?

However when I pulled the seven prong out every single wire was off the prong.

Now the problem I have, is I haven't a clue what wires go where.

The prong is numberd, and labeld, but most of the wires I have do not match what the prong is telling me.

Heres what I've got.

I have a
white
green
yellow
brown
blue ---electric brakes
orange---electric brakes

Any suggestions on this one?

Thanks in advance.

Terry44,

Try this link to a schematic and wiring chart, maybe it'll help.
