How do you get to post the little campfires?

How do you did to color in those little campfire next to the person's name? Also thos little houses? Where is the key to these?

Those little fires in color signify how many posts you have! If you click on th e"Go" button up above your name and then go to the "Personal Zone" then on to the Karma area...it will tellyou how many posts for each campfire! (That is one reason that when I welcome people - I tell them to post often!)
As far as the "little houses" well I am not sure what you are asking about....
