How do you post a link where the entire link address doesn't show in the post?

I think I did this before - but now I can't remember how to...

Say I want to include a link to some other website in my post. I copy the address of the link and could just paste that in the post, but that takes up a lot of space and make the post harder to read.

I would like to do a "hyperlink" where the full web address is hidden and the reader just clicks the "click here" or such label.

When I use the forum's hyper link tool it just copies the entire link (between URL code tags) and displays the full link address - there is no "label" or "name" used to take reader to the other website (link).

Can this be done?

Type the words you want to use to reference the link in post.

Highlight the words and then click the globe with the paper clip icon above the window where you are typing words.

Paste your link in that window and click ok.

It works the same way in the mobile version it's just a little harder to highlight the words.

Your Monaco diagrams

I did this with HTML, there may be a simpler tool in the forum software: Note that you need to remove any spaces between brackets [ ] and the other characters.
