Our visitors have increased more than 50% in the last year.
The 1969 date was a result of a glitch when we switched to new forum software.

As for me, I lurk here every day. But when I have something to add, I post it to the thread.

Could have been Al Gore posting the day after he invented the Internet

Actually that date is called the VAX Epoch, or basically the time in which Unix Time started. In laymans terms, it means the date/time stamp was set to zero.

I check in at least weekly but, by then anything I have to add has already been said so, I guess I wouldn't appear 'active' but I feel active.

AMEN BROTHER!
AS someone much wiser than I has already said,
" Every thought has already been thought, so I can "create" no new paradigms, but am sentenced to only repeat the thoughts and ideas of those much greater than I, and I unfortunately, am so uneducated as to mistakenly believe that I have created "something new"!"
But isn't it fun to be redundant? Especially on the Internet???
