Our visitors have increased more than 50% in the last year.

The 1969 date was a result of a glitch when we switched to new forum software.

As for me, I lurk here every day. But when I have something to add, I post it to the thread.

Howdy Andy&all,
Thanx, for the info on users.. I just was looking at some of the posts and they were 2009 and earlier..so, I wondered... Thanx, also, for turning the 'smilies' back on...I like them... Glad to see the Boomers on here, as they were the ones that told me about it..

Actually that date is called the VAX Epoch, or basically the time in which Unix Time started. In laymans terms, it means the date/time stamp was set to zero.

AMEN BROTHER!

AS someone much wiser than I has already said,

" Every thought has already been thought, so I can "create" no new paradigms, but am sentenced to only repeat the thoughts and ideas of those much greater than I, and I unfortunately, am so uneducated as to mistakenly believe that I have created "something new"!"

But isn't it fun to be redundant? Especially on the Internet???
