How to add files to More>Files section. Is there a max file size?

I was trying to add some wiring diagrams to the "More>Files>Electrical" section. I created the title and selected the location (Electrical) but when I select the file on my computer and click "add" I get a message that the site can not be reached. Below is the address the "add" button goes to.

Is there any file size restrictions? I did not see a warning when I tried to upload the last set (although it didn't work as noted above).

Most of the wiring diagrams I have are large files (140,000 KB for one set and 40,000 KB for another. They are PDF files.

We will confirm...but that message looks more like a temporary web/service outage on either end of the connection.
