I am getting email notifications from subscribed threads too frequently. How can I change the frequency or stop them?

Go to your CP( upper left on the teal colored tool bar )
Go to list subscriptions

Then select how you'd like to be notified for each one. Select the button for each and scroll down to the bottom and select you choice and hit "go".

I do not have the view you sent me the attachment of and I can't find CP. somehow I have icons that look like a caption bubble with ... Dots inside and I have no idea how this changed from my original IRV2 view.

Please tell us how you're accessing the site. Are you using the app and if so which one , Apple or Android ? If not , what browser are you using and which operating system is it running on ?

Also, make sure you have the correct version showing. Should be iRV2 v3.0. This is selectable at the very bottom left (in a drop down field) on any page.
