I got a new iPad and went to the App Store looking for the iRV2 app and a search of iRV2 came up blank. I them went to the home page looking for a link to the app but couldn't find one. When I finally searched "RV" I found it listed under RV owners community.

Does it need to be that hard?

Yep... I meet lots of folks who have never heard of iRV2. I tell them there's and app... and 1/2 the time I end up helping them find it. The other half go their merry way and probably never find it.

I type in irv2 in the search and get it on my iPad and iPhone after I select the search option highlighted at the bottom.

Just searched on an iPhone4S, 5C and iPad Air...

The irv2 App pops right up as the only match on all three.

Maybe the search is being done with some error

Could be. Or maybe once you find it, it's easier to load / find the next time. As it is - logging in at irv2.com is the best bet to set up an account anyway. User CP isn't on my app... but that could be an error on my part too.

Maybe this is the confusion. The search for iRV2 brings up... I don't see iRV2 there anywhere. And I think that's what Barb is referring to. It's a Sybil split personality.

So is that a misnamed app - a properly named app or a user error... I don't know. But when someone new is told iRV2 App amd finds RV Owners it isn't exactly what they were looking for, or is it...

For our devices, it's the first time searched (use a Tablet, not the phone or the Mrs' devices for iRV2).

i have never found it until after I read the posts on the thread today. Found It under RV Owners, where I never looked before.

Yep, just entered irv2 and the app shows right up. Regardless, I had used the app before but hated it it. I have found using the normal web site works just fine for me. I will however use the app on the iPhone as it has a much smaller screen.

I use the app almost 100% of time. Did on iPhone and now on Galaxy S5 a day Tab4. I actually prefer the app over Website.

It seems to be a glitch in the App Store and how it interacts with which software version is running. This is my third iPad and umpteenth software version. It was very frustrating not to find it. I prefer to use the main site, but must use the app to post photos.

Hey moderators! Just a hint. Maybe if there was a link to the app on top of all pages, or at the very least on the home page the app would be available to all.

I simply entered irv2 in the search box and up it came.

Since I switch between my iPad and laptop I prefer the same look and options. So the web site works best for me. I can see how others like the app.

Did it come up as iRV2 or RV Owners Community? I will tell people to look for the RV Owners Comminuty if that's how it comes up routinely. And that is the only way I have seen it show up in App store for Apple and Droid. But I refer to the site as iRV2??? I know the logo so I find it but if you don't know the logo... oh never mind... apparently there really is no issue.
