iRV2 app for my Ipad

Just purchased a new Ipad and doing the loading of all things APP.
I loaded the iRV2 app and I was not impressed. It is a totally different view of the the site. No "Home Page" with the same tabs. Hard to navigate.

Just Sayin, Or am I missing something? I am not the most cyber literate person.
I removed it and will go in through Google as before if I choose to use the Ipad for access.

The app is intended for forum access only and not all features are available on the app.

I did not remove the app from my iPhone or iPad but I learned in very short order not to use it.

I saved the full site to my main screen on my iPad after I logged in. Now just click and have same views as my PC. Auto login. Easy!

The app was never intended nor is it possible for the app to have all the features of the web site.

The app is strictly for the basic forum.

I use the iPad app everyday. When I have to do something like update my signature, I will go to my laptop. I really can't understand why anyone would use a laptop or desktop for this site, unless they just have to use all those icons and funny little smiley faces. I am here to look at forums and to keep up on all the new threads started. I am not on here to look at ads or classifieds.

Can anyone tell me why they would use a laptop or desktop in deference to an iPad app?

I get all the notifications on the forums and threads I am subscribed to. What am I missing not using the full site? I can access the full site on my iPad, but again, why would I want to?

I found that if I keep rotating the iPad I do get all of the functions to work on the app. Kind of silly isn't it but all of the buttons will work

I just tried that. Obnoxious as hell! The 2" dead zone goes with the iPad. You do have to rotate to get to te button you want to work.

We'll have to wait till Apple releases the update.

App works great on my Droid Razor. I use it all the time on the road. It picks up right where I left the home computer version. Never a problem.
