Please pass this on to those who would make a decision. I just received the winter 2010 edition of the hard copy magazine called BetterRVing.com. On page 59 is an article titles iRV2. by Fred Smith. It looks like this is a section of the magazine published in each edition of the magazine. Page 59 is attached to this post. There is no mast head to tell who is the publisher, etc. There is a telephone number (888-626-7800). As best I can tell the magazine is owned by Lazy Days, 6130 Lazy Days Blvd., Seffner, Florida 33584-2968.

I'm not sure if this an infringement on the iRV2 Brand.

I can only assume the iRV2 moniker has been trademarked, a process that takes a few thousand dollars and some filing w/officialdom.

I'm guessing the article's headline is intended as a cutesy TXT abbreviation to make the article look hip. Doesn't look like they are actually trying to presenting anything iRV2 in a branded way.

Thanks for the heads up. I am not aware of any Trademark being filed for iRV2 but I will start the process next week. When you file it takes about 12 months before the process is done and you get the mark. You have to provide proof of first use which we have from 2001.

Thanks again for bringing this up.

Andy
