[QUOTEcould there be a small description somewhere on the picture denoting what and where it is?][/QUOTE]

Great idea but to prevent taking anything away from the picture I suggest a sticky thread under "Camping Locations and Information" for all header photos with the picture and its description.

Thanks, that was a year of camping in the snow for us. our first trip out in April it snowed on us and that was the last trip of the year. That camp ground is a mile from where we will have the National.

Jerry J ..You took the properties from the web-page...not from the photo. Next time you need to right click on the photo- go to properties and get the URL for the photo.

By the way...nice photo!!

I can't wait to see all those colorful balloons up there tomorrow. The pic made me go online and book reservations for this years festival.

Wow! That's a compliment. I took that photo one morning last October from the President's Compound on a bluff that overlooks the balloon fiesta field. Camping in that compound was pricey but we were in the middle of the action both morning and night. You'll have a great time!

Well great job... great photo. THey are pricey... I could only swing 3 nights at 175 a night, but I'm sure it will be worth every penney

$175? I thought last year was bad at $150 per night. When we were at the Tampa RV Super Show in Jan. 09, the balloon fiesta folks had a booth where they were offering three week nights at half price ($75/night) if you bought three weekend nights at full price. That was the option we took. Spaces were going fast last year by the end of January. Guess they figured they could raise the price. If you want to stay longer, you might ask if they are making the same offer this year.

These are from the Sugarloaf Key KOA this past week. Let me know if you can use any of them.
