Just tried to "upgrade", payment wouldn't go through. I use Paypal often, so could there be an issue on your end?

Any chance you have a pop-up stopper enabled? Sometimes they block the payment confirmation screens and you can't complete the process..

Nope, good question though! Paypal isn't getting to that point when I get the message. That is why I'm asking if there might be a problem on other end.

I use paypal frequently so I know my account is active and working.
