If a person needs to cancel the upgrade, how does one do so?

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

If you were one of the original Supporting members, your annual renewal may be automatic.

You can confirm this by checking your PayPal account for a recurring charge.

Newer supporters are all non-automatic renewals and must manually renew each year.

In both cases we will send out an email reminder before your subscription ends.

Thanks for your support!

Hi Cliff,
I just noticed my supporter badge is gone. Could you please check for me to see if I have lapsed? I thought my supporter subscription was recurring.

Regards,
(W.D.)

Hi W.D.
Your membership expired 1/27/18. Only some of the original ones are still on a reoccurring basis. Sorry for the confusion. Youíll need to renew manually . Thanks for your support.
Cliff

I need to renew my support. I was trying to do this but my credit card number has changed. I can't find out where I can update my card number. When I am at the place to pay and it shows the last numbers of the card it has a little box that says manage. I clicked on that thinking it would let me update my number but it just locks me out. I really would like to continue my support. I would appreciate some help on how can pay my dues.

We use paypal to process credit cards and that is where you'll need to update the info.

My auto renewal never did work. I had to go back and renew manually. Then I forgot about it. So basically I have to start over?

I see it expired 1/26/2017. Yours was probably not one of the auto-renewing upgrades, but you would've received an email before it expired reminding you to renew.

Short answer, yes, just click on either the Supporter banner or go to Account Upgrades in your User CP to renew if you'd like.
