I don't use a phone app, but when I go into iRV2 though AOL/IE, it kicks me out occasionally with the message, "Oops! We're sorry!" etc.

I switched to Google Chrome and have had no problems. So far. Maybe your site has issues with AOL's Internet Explorer?

I have issues when using Chrome ... I get a lot of "Script Errors". Using Windows 10. I use task manager to close down and restart. Also a pain. Don't know if it's my laptop or something with the IRV2 website.
